Reservation Information

  • Rates are subject to Hawaii State General Excise Tax and Transient Accommodations Tax totaling 13.42%
  • $250 Deposit required for reservation. $500 deposit for Christmas/New Years bookings

  • A written reservation confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit.

  • Minimum 2 night stay.
  • 10 night minimum stay for Christmas/ New Years Holiday
  • $100 Cleaning fee
  • $75 Management fee

  • Occupancy limit is 4 people.

  • Check in Time is 3:00 PM. Check out Time is 11:00 AM

  • 60 day Cancellation policy, $100 cancellation fee. Less than 60 days forfeits the deposit unless it gets re-rented.

  • Christmas Cancellations must be made before October 1st and forfeits deposit unless it gets re-rented.

  • Full payment is required 45 days prior to check-in

  • No Smoking allowed in units

  • No Pets allowed
